How is Caviar best enjoyed?

Caviar is delicious on its own but it can be accompanied with other foods as long as they are not strongly scented. Such examples include sashimi, scallops or biscotti. 
It can also be used as a garnish on dishes. We also recommend Caviar to be accompanied with champagne or wine.

Avoid using metal spoons as it will compromise the taste of Caviar,  use Mother of Pearl Spoon.

How long can I keep the Caviar after opening it?

Almas Caviar is best consumed within 24 hours once opened, as no preservatives or additives have been added to preserve the true and natural flavour of Caviar. Enjoy!

Is delivery free? When will my order be delivered to me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all deliveries for orders above SGD$48 is free-of-charge! Otherwise, a $15 delivery fee will be applied. 
 
Your order will be delivered to you within 3-4 working days and will be scheduled at your best convenience.

Almas Caviar will be delivered to you in our special packaging with ice packs (at no additional cost) to ensure the freshness of the product during transportation.
